Receptionist/Administration/ Experience required
Ray White Parramatta Group is seeking a well experienced receptionist who is highly motivated and organised to be the welcoming face and voice to represent our award winning agency. Please note the ideal candidate must have experience as a receptionist.
Being a Front Desk position, you will have your fellow colleague who will also share front desk with you. The ideal candidate must be able to handle a multitude of tasks whilst maintaining a pleasant manner. Your duties will be diverse, incorporating answering and transferring phone calls, responding to maintenance requests, receipting, banking, mailing, completing administration files for both sales and rentals, uploading all marketing for properties consisting of online and print, maintaining the window displays and other related administrative office based duties. With variety in your role, no two days will be the same.

· You are proactive, positive and self-motivated
· You have professional telephone manner, great customer service skills and a good sense of humour
· You are extremely well organized and with a mature outlook
· You possess attention to detail and accuracy whilst working to deadlines
· Your written and verbal skills are of a high standard
· You have ability to multi-task and use your initiative
· You are computer literate and are willing to learn our system
