Dr J. A. Chau Dental Surgeons is seeking a Full-time or Part-time (4 days/week) Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team!

Job Description
As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face that greets our patients and the organizational whiz behind our smooth operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone

The successful candidate must be able to cover both practice locations:

Hobart: 149 Macquarie Street, Hobart, TAS, 7000
Rosny Park: 26 Bayfield Street, Rosny Park, TAS, 7018

Qualifications

Previous experience working in the dental industry (DA or Dental Receptionist) is ideal.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in using computer software applications.
Experience with file keeping and data entry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task.
