We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanour
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Previous experience within smash repair industry a bonus
