Oracle Services offers premium facilities services to commercial, hospitality and residential clients across Australia. We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our team, supporting an international client based in Macquarie Park on a full time basis This role reports to the Oracle Services Operations Manager and works collaboratively with the client’s leadership and facilities teams to ensure optimal service delivery is maintained for clients, and visitors to the campus. Your Day to Day - Greet, welcome and sign in visitors - Handle phone queries & direct messages - Receive and distribute mail and packages - Check and inspect facilities and amenities on a daily basis to ensure the office is in tip-top condition and well stocked. - Manage access passes, contractor inductions, work permits and sign ins - Assist with event set ups, pack downs, and clean ups - Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure amenities are in place - Coordinate mailroom returns & deliveries What we Need: - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders - Ability to work across multiple business units or on multiple projects and manage time accordingly - Ability to analyse, identify client issues, interpret and provide appropriate solutions - Experience with Microsoft Office suite Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00 per year Schedule:
