We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Service Receptionist to join our busy Ford Service Department in Warwick Farm on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming calls
Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
Assisting potential clients with enquiries
Booking vehicles for service and recalls in ERA and Excel
Performing general administrative support duties
Requirements:
Proven reception experience in a corporate environment
Exceptional communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
