Junior Administration Clerk

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Administration Clerk to join our team and work primarily from our Warwick Farm Office. The successful applicant will have predominately support the overflow of the tasks throughout the accounts department particularly in banking, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

The role will involve the following:

Daily collection and distribution of mail and other documents between departments and franchises onsite, including and not limited to some external trips.
Sort and distribution of various as also referred to above for scanning and electronic and physical filing.
Ordering of various forms of stationary for the group, to ensure the stock of such items is always in supply.
Assist with processing of daily banking, eftpos allocations, ensuring accuracy and following up discrepancies.
Other data entry and recording of appropriate information to the general ledger, including some x-charge to departments and inter-company.
Additionally and not limited to, assisting other team members with administration tasks.

The successful candidate will need the following:

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Experience in reception, office administration or similar experience would be of advantage
Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proven organisational skills and be able to multi-task
