Reception / Front Admin Officer

About the Community:
Welcome to Plantations – a work-free zone of beaches, bushland, and resort living for over 55s right here in Woolgoolga on the Mid North Coast of NSW.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure our residents and community members are provided with a high level of customer service, with genuine empathy and respect
  • Provide a strong level of administrative support to the Community Manager
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails
  • Respond to telephone and visitor enquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Assist residents and visitors with all questions and requests
  • Deliver exceptional Resident experience through organised events and offerings throughout the community.
  • Ability to offer flexibility in tasks to support a ‘One Team’ environment.

Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated administrative/reception experience
  • Demonstrated ability to support a busy manager or team
  • Empathetic and respectful approach with a mature age group
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills
