QUALITY MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to play a critical role in upholding the highest standards of quality across all stages of jewellery production.
The Quality Assurance Manager will develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives. They will ensure every product meets our quality benchmarks, from raw material to the final inspection of finished goods.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop and implement the quality assurance process
Oversee inspection and testing of product
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw material and finish goods meet required quality standards.
Manage team of quality inspectors
Report on quality issues monthly and present to senior management
Work collaboratively with design and production teams to provide input on quality requirements and potential challenges during the product development phase
Coordinate QC’s team daily tasks, workload and priorities to ensure efficient use of resources and timely quality checks.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

3+ years experience in jewellery quality control, manufacturing or repairs
Tertiary education in jewellery manufacturing, material science or engineering
5 + years experience in team management
Degree in Gemology desirable – GAA certificate accepted
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
