As the People Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the foundational systems, policies, procedures, data compliance, and governance are in place to support business needs. You will lead initiatives to innovate, automate, and optimize transactional services, ensuring that the operations team provides high-value service aligned with business needs, thereby enhancing the overall people experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and model safety leadership, ensuring a safe working environment and promoting wellness and resilience within the team.
Foster a customer-first culture by building strong relationships, seeking feedback, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent service.
Champion a values-based leadership style, inspiring and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential and aligning performance with shared goals.
Oversee the efficient delivery of people and wellbeing services, ensuring accuracy in systems and compliance with legal requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on automation, innovation, and optimizing people processes to meet current and future business demands.
Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal customers, ensuring expectations and deliverables are effectively met.
Lead projects and programs that enhance the people experience, contributing to the development and review of strategic initiatives.
Balance commercial decision-making with enhancing the employee experience, ensuring financial sustainability within the role’s scope.
What We’re Looking For:
A proven leader with at least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or Business Partner roles, preferably within a shared service or operational support environment.
Experience leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving a performance-based culture.
Demonstrated ability to standardize, streamline, and optimize people processes for greater efficiency.
Strong relationship-building skills, with experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
A background in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar fields is preferred.
