As we expand, we seek an experienced and motivated People and Operations Manager to lead our HR, corporate governance, finance, and strategic functions. This pivotal role will help drive operational excellence and support our diverse team in succeeding. What You’ll Do
In this leadership role, you will be central to shaping the future of our firm. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will work closely with senior leaders to align our operations with our strategic vision and support the firm’s growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the full HR lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement
Ensuring compliance with corporate governance, employment law, and industry regulations
Managing financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow, and payroll
Driving strategic initiatives to promote growth, scalability, and operational efficiency
Supporting compliance and risk management activities
Fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture that encourages professional development and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:
Strong experience in HR and operations leadership, with a solid understanding of finance, governance, and compliance
A proven ability to manage people and processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence (EQ) skills
A proactive approach to driving organisational change
Strong financial acumen to contribute to key budgeting and financial decisions
Qualifications & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Significant experience in HR, operations, governance, and finance management
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for operational excellence and people management
