People and Culture Coordinator – Cannon Hill Trident Services Australia is currently seeking a highly experienced persuasive, logically and motivated People and Culture Coordinator in Retail and Commercial. Duties Include:
Support the recruitment team by designing interview guides and document recruitment procedures
Issue employment contracts that are not system generated
Develop and maintain a corporate induction program relating to HR activities including an online presence that caters to diverse groups of employees
Attend to special projects as required from time to time and other duties as required by the Head of People and Culture.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars as required
Review professional development collateral and resources
About you:
Experience working in a similar generalist HR role for a minimum 2 years or Graduate level with relevant work experience in the facilities management, labour hire, security, aviation security, or cleaning industries
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to target all levels of the organisation
Excellent organisational skills and capable of meeting deadlines with an ability to plan and prioritise own work
Motivated self-starter with proven initiative
Additional requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, law or business-related discipline
Experience working in a similar generalist HR role for a minimum 2 years or Graduate level with relevant work experience in the facilities management, labour hire, security, aviation security, or cleaning industries
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
