People and Culture Coordinator – Cannon Hill
Trident Services Australia is currently seeking a highly experienced persuasive, logically and motivated People and Culture Coordinator in Retail and Commercial.

Duties Include:
  • Support the recruitment team by designing interview guides and document recruitment procedures
  • Issue employment contracts that are not system generated
  • Develop and maintain a corporate induction program relating to HR activities including an online presence that caters to diverse groups of employees
  • Attend to special projects as required from time to time and other duties as required by the Head of People and Culture.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars as required
  • Review professional development collateral and resources


About you:
  • Experience working in a similar generalist HR role for a minimum 2 years or Graduate level with relevant work experience in the facilities management, labour hire, security, aviation security, or cleaning industries
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to target all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent organisational skills and capable of meeting deadlines with an ability to plan and prioritise own work
  • Motivated self-starter with proven initiative


Additional requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, law or business-related discipline
  • Experience working in a similar generalist HR role for a minimum 2 years or Graduate level with relevant work experience in the facilities management, labour hire, security, aviation security, or cleaning industries
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
