The role
The Motor Assessing Manager is responsible for leading, developing & driving the Assessing Business via a team of technical, process and customer service experts to drive market-leading cost capabilities via the application of Auto & General’s Repair Method and Assessing Quality Assurance Framework.

What experience you’ll bring
Motor Assessing Leadership experience (both line leadership and thought leadership through influencing stakeholders outside of line).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical skills, high level of problem solving and systems thinking.
Ability to lead innovation and change, including personal resilience.
Experience and knowledge of the motor body repair industry.
Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply new learning to improve business performance.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to meet service delivery expectations.
Commercial acumen.
Valid Driver’s licence.
Relevant Trade qualification.
