The role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Stewards to join our renowned restaurants at Crown Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of operations in the back-of-house kitchen by ensuring all areas are presentable and organized. You must have work rights and be able to work a 24/7 roster. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Stewards to join our renowned restaurants at Crown Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of operations in the back-of-house kitchen by ensuring all areas are presentable and organized. You must have work rights and be able to work a 24/7 roster. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- High level of operations using various types of commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment/machines.
- Organising all the kitchen equipment for service, manually cleaning, polishing a variety of surfaces and store all utensils, cookware.
- Clearing rubbish bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surface.
- Relevant experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instruction and adapt to competing demands
- Can work well within a team environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
