Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment in a Kitchen Hand position, integral to providing support to the catering team at ADFA (Canberra). Join the team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic environment. The Position:
Part time position – must be available nights and weekends.
Assist with basic preparation including vegetables and salads.
Stock control including quality reporting and temperature monitoring.
Maintain kitchen, food preparation, storage and service areas and equipment to a high standard with a strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards.
The Person:
Hospitality experience beneficial.
Knife handling, food safety and preparation skills are a plus.
Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
Attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
Can do attitude and drive to jump into any task required.
