An opportunity is available for an Investor Relations Advisor to join our Investments business, based at Barangaroo on a full-time permanent basis.
The Investor Relations Advisor is investor-facing and responsible for managing incoming investor queries and requests for data and written information relating to the platform’s unlisted funds and mandates. Working with the Head of Investor Relations for Investment Management Australia, you will ensure all information from and to the investor is captured in the relevant systems and shared with the relevant stakeholders in compliance with all legislative and corporate guidelines.
Key Responsibilities include:

Prepare and coordinate quarterly investor reports within the required timeframe.

Complete and coordinate inputs from stakeholders to investor queries and requests for data and written responses.

Coordinate the completion of Operational Due Diligence processes requested by investors, including completion of detailed questionnaires using the Loopio tool and onsite visits.

Engage with investors including facilitating and attending meetings and site visits with Fund Managers and investors.

Assist the Head of Investor Relations with the coordination of AGM/EGM, investor forums and other investor events.

Build strong relationships internally to ensure the Investor Engagement Strategy is implemented effectively.

Support the Head of Investor Relations in liquidity window and equity raising processes, including the production of supporting materials and sharing of these to investors domestically and internationally.
The skills you’ll need
To succeed in the role, you’ll have one to three years’ experience across investor relations, corporate finance, capital markets or accounting, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.
Our ideal candidate will have strong financial and analytical capability, a proactive approach to problem-solving as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills. You will have experience working with cross-functional teams and the confidence to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
