Relationship Executive

About the Role
A Sydney based opportunity for an experienced Relationship Executive has become available with BOQ Specialist! The role of a Relationship Executive is to originate, retain and manage a portfolio of clients.

You will be responsible for a diversified portfolio, with the support of a dedicated analyst.
As a Relationship Executive in our Commercial team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Promote our commercial product offering to core clients to determine financial situation and objectives, discussing options for the client and developing tailored solutions
  • Consistently meet and/or exceed individual margin and volume targets and performance objectives with a strong focus on book growth
  • The Specialist plays a key role in driving the direction and performance including client acquisition, volume/margin, and primary client relationship and satisfaction
  • Partner with the Associate Relationship Manager to develop ongoing and quality client relationships
  • Manage relationships with clients leveraging and aligning internal resources to maximise client satisfaction and retention
  • In conjunction with clients accountants, proactively work with clients to understand financial objectives and help implementing plans to realise these objectives

About you
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in commercial lending
  • Tertiary education desirable
  • Small business experience desirable
  • Ability to meet KPI targets
