About the position
Working closely with the Guest Relations and Reservations team, this Full time opportunity is responsible for providing a superior level of services to our guests at our stunning Port Stephens property. Key duties include but are not limited to:
Welcoming guests to the property.
Processing check-ins and check-outs.
Maintaining accurate guest accounts.
Assisting guests with queries and resolving guest complaints.
As our Front Desk operations are 24 hours, our Guests Relations Attendants are typically rostered between 6:30am to 10:30pm across a 7 day roster.
About you
You take a professional approach to your customer service and thrive on going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. You come from a strong guest relations background, ideally within the luxury hotel sector, and your attention to detail and ability to multi-task will see you thrive in this role. As our guests are serviced champagne on arrival, RSA certification is a requirement for this position.
