Head Barista
We are seeking a very coffee focused Head Barista to join our growing business. Brand new site in Mascot using a well established Coffee Roaster and quality equipment that you would expect to work on. We will be offering batch, singles, cold brew, specialty drinks and alcoholic beverages. The role will include cupping every other day, assist in training of staff, designing drinks, workflow/system discernment as the cafe grows. If you have a genuine love of coffee, take pride in your bar and all things beverage preparation and want a new challenge we'd love to hear from you.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
