The General Manager Gosford and Woy Woy Hospitals leads, directs, plans and manages the people, physical and financial resources of Gosford Hospital and Woy Woy Hospital to ensure the effective and efficient provision of high quality health care services in line with the Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) organizational objectives and the NSW Health Strategies.
The role will lead the hospital executive team and works closely with the community, other health and community care providers, CCLHD staff, educational institutions and government agencies to develop and implement services, systems and programs which improve the health and wellbeing of the community of the Central Coast.
This is an ongoing, full time, Band 1, Health Service senior executive (HSSE) role. An attractive remuneration package within the range of $234,837 to $258,940 per annum, with annual performance reviews, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Extensive proven experience at a senior management level in a substantial and complex organization engaged in clinical service delivery
- Demonstrated application of knowledge and expertise in health service delivery across a diverse range of care sectors, advocating for positive change in a broad range of community and government forums
- Proven experience in establishing open and honest dialogue which led a diverse, multidisciplinary team to meet strategic goals and priorities of a complex health organization.
