Join Our Team as Fleet Coordinator!

Your Mission:

Key Responsibilities:

• Working within the Maintenance Team, provide regular scheduling of planned maintenance, and coordinating unplanned repairs for 300 plus vehicles in extremely remote locations.
• Coordinate tradespeople for remote visits and obtaining quotes for vehicle maintenance and improvements.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all site/store Managers.
• Work with Divisional representatives to overcome maintenance and repair issues and work closely with Finance team to ensure appropriate cost allocation per Division.
• Undertake all purchasing, expense management, and asset management through the established procedures.
• Support individual business units with purchasing decisions.

About You

• Exceptional organisation skills;
• Understanding of procurement processes
• Highly effective interpersonal skills
• Proficient written and oral communication skills that can be adapted to meet the needs of people from all education levels, language abilities, and ethnic origin.
• Experience coordinating contractors who are operating in remote areas.
• An intermediate level ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Internal sales experience is highly desirable
