As a
Facility Coordinator
, your focus will be to provide coordination of services, administrative support, management and oversight of the manned security services to the DCP. This role will also be responsible for ensuring that Honeywell remains compliant with the FM Subcontract.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative and financial functions in support of the team
Manage the Performance Monitoring Program, ensuring Honeywell are 100% compliant with contract deliverables
Manage all aspects of the QFM system and interface with Service Net
Manage contractor and staff inductions
Overseeing and ensuring the appropriate financial and operational processes and procedures are practiced by members of the TAM team
Assist the Contract Manager and Facility Manager with carrying out financial end of month processes
Provide general administration, filing and archiving support to members of the TAM team
Coordination of and attendance at meetings including minute taking
Assisting the Contract Manager and Asset Manager with contract and chargeable works invoicing
Review and audit administration services to ensure full compliance to Honeywell and contract requirements
Assist the Facility Manager with subcontractor management
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Certificate III or Facility Diploma in Management qualifications (Preferred)
2 years+ in a site coordination role (Preferred)
Administration / financial experience (Essential)
Proven administrative skills and financial knowledge
Competent in standard PC software – Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Demonstrated ability in the use of Web based business
applications
Courteous, well spoken & well presented
Desire and proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service (Internal & External)
Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team environment
Able to work under pressure and prioritise
