As a
Compliance Coordinator
your focus will be
to monitor performance and compliance to meet all Honeywell’s contractual compliance requirements.
This role will manage SOP to ensure it is aligned with new contract, manage the CMMS to streamline maintenance and compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mange site HSE work flows and permits ensuring performance according to legislative requirements
- Review and update policies and compliance
- Manage all contractual services assigned
- Manage maintenance and service events
- Work with Maintenance Manager to successfully deliver hard and soft services while achieving KPI requirements
- Schedule repair to ensure facilities are maintained
- Subcontractor management
- Complete task in accordance to contractual, statutory and legislative requirements including meeting HSE measures
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Tertiary or post trade qualifications in business, facility management, engineering or related discipline Insert experience/capability
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working in Construction or Facilities industry
- Knowledgeable in Australian and state based HSE legislation and compliance
- Strong management experience within dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Ability to understand, interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
- A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and passionate in building great relationship
- Proven experience in KPI drive environment
