Executive Coordinator

Exciting opportunity for a driven, organised and proactive Executive Coordinator looking for the next career move!
We are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to join our team on an ongoing full-time basis. The role will can be based at our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office with hybrid work options.

We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with salary range starting from $106,025 up to $117,363 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.

About the role
The Executive Coordinator provides comprehensive executive, administrative and secretarial support services on a range of complex and dynamic matters to support the Executive Director Corporate achieve organisational objectives.

About you
Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in developing and reviewing briefing notes and correspondence.
  • Client service focus with proven track record of dealing with internal senior management, key business clients and government stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, prioritisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, with ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Expertise in the use of office management systems and procedures, including well established proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
