Your Impact:
As an ES/Payroll Support Officer, you'll have a direct impact by providing timely and professional support to customers across various channels, including phone, email, web chat, and more.
Your role is crucial in documenting requests, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence while adhering to the Privacy Act.
You'll also assist in developing FAQs, complete outbound calls, and contribute to the team’s success by meeting performance targets and delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

You’ll bring to the table:

Minimum 6 months inbound customer service experience.
