As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Age Range: We care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, offering tailored learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Collaborative Approach: We work in partnership with families to support each child's unique learning journey, ensuring they are well-prepared for school.

You’ll need:
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Qld Working with Children Check or “Exemption Card”
