About the Role

• Provide excellent patient focus when answering patient enquiries, provide education on waitlist timeframes and escalating patient concerns to the appropriate clinician.
• Utilise strong communication and negotiation skills when notifying patients of elective surgery bookings or changes, with the ability to problem solve and deescalate conflict.
• Participate in and contribute to workplace improvements, including developing role-specific manuals and work instructions.
