The Role
The EL1 Assistant Director Workforce within the Joint Domain Centre (JDC) will have the opportunity to manage and oversee a broad spectrum of workforce management tasks, with a workforce planning specialisation. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced workforce professional to rise to a new challenge that will give you the opportunity to excel in your field.
The focus of this role is to provide strategic workforce support to Joint Systems Division (JSD). The duties include but are not limited to:
Overseeing JSD workforce supply and demand data in the relevant systems;
Producing fortnightly workforce dashboards for the JSD Executive Team;
Development and maintenance of strategic plans for JSD;
Oversight and management of the JSD contractor conversion process;
Management of a small team;
Providing subject matter expertise and support to JSD workforce teams.
