About the Role: We provide support to children, youth, families, individuals with disabilities, and those with mental health conditions. Our Empower U Support teams are centered around co-production, supporting individuals in making decisions regarding their lives and well-being. Support services may include:
Facilitating skill development, such as budgeting, using public transportation, employing assistive technology, or meal preparation.
Supporting participation in social activities, recreational pursuits, and community engagements.
Offering companionship, meaningful conversation, and emotional support.
Assisting with personal care tasks like dressing, eating, bathing, toileting, or mobility.
Providing transportation for appointments.
Offering domestic aid, including housekeeping, shopping, laundry, or running errands.

Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to person-centered support plans and behavior support plans with respect.
Engage in community activities and encourage clients in daily living tasks.
Maintain accurate records of client progress.
Foster and sustain positive relationships with clients and their families.
Provide in-home support and domestic assistance.

Skills & Experience:
Unrestricted New South Wales driver’s license.
