Deputy General Manager
We are a major subsidiary of a Hong Kong listed company, whose main business is exploration, development and mining of tin and copper bearing ores through a join operation. To cope with the rapid expansion of our business, we are looking for a candidate having strong caliber for the following position:

Include but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing the overall business strategy for the company;
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business;
- Communicating with and managing relationships with key stakeholders;
- Monitor market trends, industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth, market positioning and cost efficiencies;
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team in the company;
- Work with senior management to design revenue targets and to formulate work schedule to achieve corporate goals;
- Motivate, train and develop employee to build teamwork environment in the company.
The following are desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field;
- Proven experience in carrying on senior management role;
- Proven record in developing and implementing strategies which in turn lead to achieve such objectives as profit, revenue and market share etc;
- Strong business connection in the industry;
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities;
- Able to work under very high pressure and communicate efficiently with the top management and all other levels;
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the Company.
Pay: $130,000.00 – $190,000.00 per year
