The Insights Analyst plays a key role within the Advocacy & Oversight team, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of customer feedback data across the Bank. This role is responsible for meeting operational and regulatory reporting requirements, while also working closely with systems and data teams to provide a comprehensive view of data assets within the Group Customer Advocate team. A primary focus of the role is to enhance the Bank’s understanding of customer complaints by supporting business users and optimising insights generated through various reports. Additionally, the role ensures that operational processes are well-documented and user guides are maintained for consistency and clarity. What you’ll do
Exhibit expertise in Tableau reporting, providing training and self-service support
Communicate project and program change to large business user groups
Promote treating complaints handling as routine (BAU) in Bank and Insurance sectors
Document data dictionary, FAQs, user guides, and maintain content on platforms like Share Point, Confluence, Collibra
Articulate business problems and update procedure guides / standard operating procedures (SOP)
Support delivery of BAU reports and build and deploy Enterprise-level Tableau dashboards and datasets
Identify areas for improvement to enhance complaints understanding
Proficiently navigate data and insights systems (e.g., DB server; AWS, SQL, Tableau dashboards)
What you’ll bring
2+ years of data analyst experience (desired)
Advanced business intelligence skills (Tableau, dashboard design, deployment, maintenance)
Coding knowledge: SQL or Python (desired)
End-to-end data journey understanding
Experience in Tableau, MS Share Point
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Share Point, confluence or Collibra
Stakeholder influencing ability and change management skills
Strong communication for reporting to leadership and external audiences
