About our Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral team member supporting customers with enquiries as well as the sales team. You will join a professional, close-knit team who strive to provide an exceptional level of customer service.

This is a varied role but a typical day will involve:

scheduling of deliveries
assist with showroom enquiries when required
cover reception duties during breaks when required
troubleshoot solutions to improve the customer experience

About You

Ideally you'll have customer service and/or administration experience with the capability of lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise. Along with a keenness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team. You will be a well organised team player who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right.

In addition, you will bring:

ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
ability to multitask & manage time effectively with competing priorities
outstanding communication and customer service skills

What's On Offer

We will provide you with the required training and you will enjoy continued support from an experienced team. Once you have completed your initial training and are confident in the role, you will have the option of working from home one day a fortnight.
