Customer Service Assistant

About the role
As a fulltime Customer Retail Superstar at Fetch in Berrimah NT 0828, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the growth of our dynamic retail business. This hands-on customer-facing position is essential to our success, and we're looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team.
What you'll be doing

Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, ensuring each customer interaction is a positive experience
Assist customers with product selection, order fulfilment, and any other inquiries or concerns
Maintain a neat, organised, and visually appealing store environment
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and support business objectives
Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Respond to customer feedback and help identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, with a track record of delivering excellent service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of all backgrounds
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management processes
A passion for the retail industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our brand
