Reporting to the Health, Safety & Training Manager, an exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Coordinator to join the team at Oaky Creek Coal.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Coordination of the assurance schedule across the underground and surface operations
Monitoring and reporting on site assurance activities
Supporting the Health and Safety team in health and safety programs and initiatives
Engaging key stakeholders across the site and the GCAA Compliance Coordinator network.

About you:

Experience in a similar role in mining operations or similar industry and a strong understanding of QLD Coal Mining Legislation.
Relevant HSE/auditing qualifications
Have strong demonstrated skills in complex and intermediate database management
Strong stakeholder engagement across all levels on mine sites
Experience in the coordination of assurance activities and programs
Accurate record keeping with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
