About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Nurse to manage a caseload of clients, supported by an allocated psychiatrist and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
In this role, you will deliver face-to-face care, helping clients improve their social functioning, reduce hospital admissions, and engage in their treatment. We encourage the participation of clients, families, and carers in all aspects of care and collaborate with various service providers to achieve optimal outcomes.
You will provide high-quality interventions, participate in professional development and supervision, and support our Clozapine Clinic
