Our client, a large complex organisation within the education sector, are currently seeking a Change Analyst for various ICT Projects to work on change impacts but also bolster and support change activities for communications, training and change readiness. The successful candidate will have high levels of attention to detail, capability to manage large engagement across multiple locations, and the ability to support the Project Management with all aspects of change and deployment options. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Expertise in identifying and evaluating impacts of change, clarifying scope and document the change
Supporting workshops and engaging with stakeholders to raise awareness, foster collaboration, and ensure clear communication throughout the change process
Supporting project managers and change team throughout the change
Updating change management documents and templates
Looking for someone to work on change impacts but also bolster and support change activities for communications, training and change readiness. Skills and experience required:
Strong stakeholder management and engagement capability
Ability to deliver effective communications to all levels of the organisation via varied channels
Experience in change analysis activities for all aspects of the project lifecycle with a focus of effective change delivery
Minimum 3 years' experience in ICT project change management and communications
Proven track record of working in multi-disciplinary teams
