Cafe Manager, Perth Airport

Delaware North Australia is hiring a full time Cafe Manager for our Coffee Quarter venue at Perth Airport! We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, with a positive attitude and a drive to create unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities:

Managing the daily operations of the venue and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
Focus on guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
Achieve financial targets, manage budgets, control stock and oversee labour
Ensure adherence to OH&S and food hygiene standards
Support, develop and lead a diverse team with a strong emphasis on training to exceed guest expectations

What will you bring?:

Cafe management experience in a fast-paced environment
Approved Managers Card
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
Food Safety Certificate
Passion for the hospitality industry with a guest-focused, energetic, and self-motivated approach
Strong people leadership skills
Experience in recruiting, mentoring, training, and developing teams
Strong communication skills
Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
