About the position
Our Wests Mayfield site is currently seeking a part-time Patisserie/Cafe Attendant to join our Catering team. This part-time opportunity is responsible and key to the Ada May Pantry located in our food court and the Reload Cafe. Duties will include:
Operating and balancing of tills
Barista duties
Preparing, cooking, and service food
Set up and set down of work stations
Cleaning of all work areas
Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed
Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guests
This position as been identified as a traineeship opportunity. Complete formalised training to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.

About you
You are someone who can work under pressure while at all times ensuring that our current high standards are met. With good availability throughout the week and weekends, previous experience in a similar café operations or the likes of Fast Food Chains is desirable. Along with good work ethics, you will have the ability to work in a large team environment.
