Cafe Manager
First and foremost, at Luddenham Village cafe we believe in creating a place of welcome and comfort, for our team and our guests.
As a Cafe Manager, that starts with you.
You work to build a team that understands that hospitality starts with being there for each other and showing that they care each and every day to our guests.
The best way to do this is to lead from the front and show them the way.
This would ideally suit those that have been responsible for running cafes in a leadership capacity. You have a thorough understanding of what it means to delight your guests every time and that the best way to achieve that is through your team.
What you will be doing:
•* Leading by example and be hands on with your team.*
•* Delivering exceptional service and effective management ensuring a high standard across the team.*
•* Managing costs to meet targets and identifying opportunities to build the business.*
•* Maintaining top presentation, cleanliness and brand integrity for your team and guests.*
Benefits and perks:
•* Permanent Full-Time position (38 hours +) with no split shifts, rotating weekends. *
•* Annual & Personal Leave *

Pay: $51,416.09 – $77,734.97 per year
