The Opportunity:
Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Front Office Manager to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As the Front Office Manager, you will oversee and direct all aspects of our hotel and resort’s Front Office department, including Reception, Bell Desk, and Valet services.
You will ensure the efficient running of operations within the department while upholding high quality standards. Your leadership will uplift and guide an engaged guest services team that is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Drive high customer satisfaction by developing a team that can effectively resolve guest concerns and deliver meaningful service recovery
- Maximise revenue through strategic pricing, upselling techniques and efficient resource and labour management
- Integrate safety management into front office operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Responsible for complaint resolution and responding to guest feedback
- Develop, execute and maintain a suite of front office operating procedures to enhance team confidence and performance
What will you bring?:
- Demonstrated experience as a Front Office Manager in a 4/5 star hotel
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems (Opera preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong financial acumen and experienced in revenue management
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performing team
- Proactive approach to achieving objectives and ability to multitask
