As a team member, your responsibilities will include making coffee, taking orders, using the electronic point of sale system, basic food preparation, and light cleaning.
Candidates should have a genuine passion for customer service, be confident and articulate, and possess excellent communication skills. We provide a comprehensive training program to all new hires, ensuring that even those with minimal experience will feel confident and prepared to excel.
Position Details:
Our training program requires a commitment of at least 4 days a week for the first 6 weeks after joining the team. Please apply only if you can meet this availability during your initial training period. No prior coffee-making experience is necessary, as we provide thorough training.
Our working hours are Monday to Saturday from 5:15 AM to 4:30 PM, and Sunday from 7:15 AM to 4:30 PM, public holidays from 7:15 AM to 1:00 PM. These positions are casual, offering between 20-35 hours per week. Flexibility is required for both weekdays and weekends, including early mornings and afternoons.
We are hiring for multiple positions at our locations in Enfield, Holden Hill, Salisbury Downs, and Woodville. In your application, please specify your preferred location.

Remuneration as per Fast Food Industry Award.
