We are currently looking for a Business Support Administrator to join us at our Perth CBD in a Full-Time capacity. About the role
You will meet and provide exceptional customer service to clients and Head Office visitors
Receive and respond to incoming calls to Head Office promptly and professionally
Manage multiple calendars and inboxes
Organise Courier services
Submit and organise monthly orders with external providers
About you
You will have a high attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
Excellent time management
Experience in a customer service role
