The opportunity
You’ll work in a dynamic team, collaborating with external digital marketing agencies and business development teams to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving lead generation through programmatic campaigns and content strategies that nurture prospects through the marketing funnel.

What you’ll be working on
Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focusing on lead nurturing, engagement, and business development.
Collaborate with external digital marketing agencies to implement programmatic campaigns that elevate brand visibility and generate leads.
Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies using email marketing, content distribution, and remarketing efforts.
Align marketing activities with business development goals, contributing to lead generation and revenue opportunities.
Analyse campaign performance, report insights, and provide recommendations to improve ROI.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and industry leaders to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Provide mentorship to junior team members and support the seamless execution of marketing activities.

A passion for digital marketing, with experience in lead nurturing and driving business development.
Proven experience working with digital marketing agencies to execute programmatic campaigns.
Ability to pivot between different marketing disciplines, from content creation to business development alignment.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing both internal and external partnerships.
Commercial acumen to evaluate lead quality and align marketing efforts with growth strategies.
Skills and Expertise
4+ years’ experience in marketing, communication, or PR, with a focus on digital marketing and lead nurturing.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or equivalent.
Experience in managing digital campaigns and collaborating with external agencies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with marketing tools like Marketo, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and programmatic ad platforms.
