Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/New Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing incoming leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling our services.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.
Client Acquisition: Contact and meet with incoming leads to understand their needs and propose tailored marketing solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and presenting new service offerings.
Proposal Creation: Develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with prospects and clients to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and strategy teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role (preferred)
Strong understanding of marketing principles (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
