About Our Graduate Program

Our 18 month Business Graduate Program will have you starting in the Finance or Business Strategy department, you’ll experience key functions, gaining a comprehensive view of strategic management within the fresh produce industry. This program offers:

In-Depth Learning: Engage in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. Understand how these strategies drive our business from the ground up.
Broad Exposure: Experience rotations across various departments, including commercial operations, manufacturing, farming, and strategic planning, with opportunities to temporarily relocate to different sites across Australia with all expenses covered.
Dynamic Work Environment: Be part of our innovative journey in commercial agriculture and sustainable farming, where each day presents new opportunities and challenges.
Experience Life on the Farm: Break free from the ordinary office life and immerse yourself in a rotation on one of our Perfection farms. Gain hands-on, practical experience in growing, harvesting, and packing fresh produce. Who We're Looking For

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates ready to launch their careers in finance within the fresh produce industry. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Degree Holders: Graduates in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related undergraduate or postgraduate degree completed within the last two years or due to complete in 2024.
Business Enthusiasts: You have a strong interest in how different departments supports and drives business success. You’re enthusiastic and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
Flexible Adventurers: You’re willing to relocate temporarily to our key sites, such as Two Wells or Caboolture, for specific farm rotations.
Collaborative Team Players: You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a team-oriented setting.
Analytical and Detail-Oriented: You have strong analytical skills and enjoy solving complex financial problems. Your attention to detail and critical thinking skills drives data-informed decision-making.
Resilience: You embrace challenges head-on, leveraging them as opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Eligibility: You’re an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have permanent residency with a valid driver's license. You are committed to the full 18-month program and can start work by February 2025.

Next Steps in the Application Process

Initial Review and Phone Screening (July-August): We’ll evaluate your background, experience, and motivations.
First Round Interview (August): If shortlisted, you'll have a behavioural interview via Microsoft Teams with our HR team and a current graduate.
Personality Profiling (August): Complete an online survey to help us understand your working style.
Final Panel Interview (August): Meet with two of our senior C-Suite Executives for a comprehensive personality interview.
Decision and Offer (September): Successful candidates will receive an offer, followed by pre-employment checks.
