About Our Graduate Program
Our 18 month Business Graduate Program will have you starting in the Finance or Business Strategy department, you’ll experience key functions, gaining a comprehensive view of strategic management within the fresh produce industry. This program offers:
In-Depth Learning: Engage in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. Understand how these strategies drive our business from the ground up.
Broad Exposure: Experience rotations across various departments, including commercial operations, manufacturing, farming, and strategic planning, with opportunities to temporarily relocate to different sites across Australia with all expenses covered.
Dynamic Work Environment: Be part of our innovative journey in commercial agriculture and sustainable farming, where each day presents new opportunities and challenges.
Experience Life on the Farm: Break free from the ordinary office life and immerse yourself in a rotation on one of our Perfection farms. Degree Holders: Graduates in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related undergraduate or postgraduate degree completed within the last two years or due to complete in 2024.
Business Enthusiasts: You have a strong interest in how different departments supports and drives business success. You’re enthusiastic and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
Flexible Adventurers: You’re willing to relocate temporarily to our key sites, such as Two Wells or Caboolture, for specific farm rotations.
Collaborative Team Players: You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a team-oriented setting.
Analytical and Detail-Oriented: You have strong analytical skills and enjoy solving complex financial problems. Your attention to detail and critical thinking skills drives data-informed decision-making.

Eligibility: You’re an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have permanent residency with a valid driver's license. You are committed to the full 18-month program and can start work by February 2025.

First Round Interview (August): If shortlisted, you'll have a behavioural interview via Microsoft Teams with our HR team and a current graduate.
Personality Profiling (August): Complete an online survey to help us understand your working style.
Final Panel Interview (August): Meet with two of our senior C-Suite Executives for a comprehensive personality interview.
Decision and Offer (September): Successful candidates will receive an offer, followed by pre-employment checks.
