- Commencement Salary: $70.476 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
About You
You are a highly motivated administrator with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials. You have experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service.
About the Role
Reporting to the Program Services Manager, as part of the Business Student Hub, you will manage program enquiries for Uni SA Business students and proactively provide advice to students on program matters – including study options, elective choices and any academic difficulties. The Business Student Hub leads and implements initiatives to support student transition, retention, progress, and success, enabling students to gain the most benefit from their Uni SA study experience.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated experience in working through complex processes with empathy to successfully resolve issues for customers
- Demonstrated previous experience working in an administrative role in a team-based service environment
