About the role

We have an opportunity for a Asset Officer to be part of our Infrastructure Platform Services, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Asset Officer provides professional support in all aspects of asset management, working with business units to ensure the correct actions are performed at each stage of an asset's life cycle

Target Question 1:

Provide an example, relevant to the role, where you have produced a solution to an issue or problem that you had not experienced or seen before. Explain how you went about solving the issue, creating the solution, and implementing it. Note that the example does not have to be confined to the IT Asset Management space.

Target Question 2:

Based on your understanding, discuss some of the components involved in Hardware asset management, such as some of the factors that an Asset officer would have to take into account when managing assets in a large enterprise environment similar to the NSW Police Force.
