APS4/5 Administration & Data Entry Officer
This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
Hudson is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Administration and Data Entry Officers, for a contract running until June 2025, with the possibility of extension.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, preparing and filing relevant documentation, managing correspondence, and handling various administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate Data Entry and conduct quality assurance activities.
- Follow a well-defined process to accurately prepare necessary documents.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Inbox Management Ad-hoc administration tasks
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Reliability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with SAP would be highly desirable
- Experience with filing systems will be highly regarded
- Full Australian working rights and the ability to obtain a Baseline Clearance.
