About You
We’re looking for a dedicated Outpatient Administrative Officer who embodies professionalism and a commitment to excellent patient care. If you have a passion for teamwork and a knack for effective communication, you’ll thrive in this role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Proven ability to work independently under pressure, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a desire to develop practical procedures and adapt to new information and changes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of confidentiality and customer service principles in a clinical environment.
