About your opportunity:
- Provide basic education on a defined range of topics, including education to participants, family members and/or carers.
- Assist with developing and sourcing equipment and resources for participants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the First Nations community, including elders, leaders and community organisations.
- Assist people with disabilities and their families in their participation in and navigation of the health and disability service system with a focus on First Nations peoples.
