About your opportunity:

Provide basic education on a defined range of topics, including education to participants, family members and/or carers.
Assist with developing and sourcing equipment and resources for participants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the First Nations community, including elders, leaders and community organisations.
Assist people with disabilities and their families in their participation in and navigation of the health and disability service system with a focus on First Nations peoples.
