We are seeking a passionate, part time Allied Health Assistant to join our vibrant North Lakes team and assist our clinicians to make a difference in the lives of others.

Our North Lakes office and team:
- The suburb is between Brisbane CBD and the Sunshine Coast so only a 45 minute drive to the beach or city if living nearby, the perfect mix of both worlds.
- If living closer to the city, you reverse commute and miss all the traffic!
- It is a spacious two storey office space close to a large Westfield shopping centre and in walking distance to a favourite local coffee shop.
- The team loves to bring dogs into the office to visit and organise regular social events inside and outside of work hours.
The role:
- Part time ( 3 days ) Maternity Leave contract until June 2025, with possible extension
- Assisting the multidisciplinary team with preparing and coordinating assessments, including preparing any documentation
- Monitoring changes in clients and reporting these changes to the relevant clinician
- Preparing clinic room for assessments including organising appropriate equipment and ensuring assessments are available
- Conducting risk assessments on behalf of clinicians
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas
- Managing correspondence relating to initial assessments, media consent forms, service agreements and other forms as required
- Undertaking other ad hoc duties as needed
About You:
- You are able to commit to part time work
- You have completed your Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (please note we will only shortlist candidates who meet this criteria)
- You have your own car and a valid drivers’ licence
- You can provide evidence of:
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
